We have successfully graduated Cohort D! Our fourth group of trained and certified MAL students on Friday 28th October at the Nile University! We are now welcoming our fifth and final group of students to join MAL, Cohort E who attended their first session together at the Smart Village Conference Centre on Friday 30th of September. We cannot wait to see our final group of MAL students complete their training, and join the rest of the Cohorts on their next exciting adventures in the program; the employment fair and startup competition.January 5, 2017

Mobile Application Launchpad kicks off the first competition in the program with MITEF Pan Arab. Launching 2 tracks for the competitors, a Startup track and a Technology and Innovation track. After a long day of pitches for to our guest panel of judges, we had 3 winners for each track. The winners for our Startup track were 3alRaf in third place, 3roodk in second place and 7asala in first place. The winners for the Technology and Innovation trach were Share Experience in third place, Egypt VR 360 in second place and BallonMail in first place. Mobile App Launchpad closes the application round for Group B
The Mobile App Launchpad team would like to thank the thousands of Egyptian across the country and beyond who have either engaged with us online, or through our events, or who applied to be part of the program.
After holding awareness events in Assuit, Alexandria, and Cairo, the team has now officially closed the application process for Group B. Thank you for showing us how Egypt is full of talented and passionate individuals.
For all the applicants, please stay tuned as we go through your wonderful applications and report back to you on who will progress to final round of 1:1 interviews. We hope to get back to you in the next couple of weeks. During this time, get prepared to show us why you are fit to be accepted into this program. How will this program will change your life?
For those who have not applied to Group B, we will let you know when the doors open for the next batches of the Mobile App Launchpad. In the meantime, we encourage you to do your best to prepare for the next application process.
The Mobile App Launchpad is holding events in Cairo, Alexandria, and Assiut to announce the opening of the application process for Group B.
Applicants will need to fill an extensive online form and complete an online assessment by 26th Sept, 2015. The application process is time-consuming so interested applicants have been asked to begin the process immediately.
We expect Group B to launch towards the 3rd week of October.

The Mobile App Launchpad welcomed its Group A participants on July 28, 2015. These first ~100 students are currently enrolled in the Udacity Developing Android Apps program where they are developing or enhancing their individual apps. We can’t wait to see what they have in store for us!
